What an awesome looking farmhouse sink!!!
My "free shipping" is for the lower 48 states.  I am more than happy to ship to HI, AK, PR and territories, just be aware there may be a small upcharge since "ground" costs to those location are much higher.  The "free shipping" will get this to a freight terminal near you for pickup, many people decide to upgrade to liftgate service at their residence.
This item is too big for UPS so will ship freight.  The only reason my listing seems to indicate you can ship UPS, is that is required to offer "local pickup".
Best thing is to message me your address and delivery needs and we can sort out shipping details from there, before you purchase.
If you are in the Chicago area or Indianapolis, in person delivery is likely available, in addition to local pickup from me.
