Insinkerator Extended Sink Flange. This flange is brand new, still in the plastic wrapper. I bought "one" of these for a thick farm style sink which required the extended flange. The seller sent me four of them. I only needed one so these are for sale. You can get non-Insinkerator extended flanges for cheaper but if you want an Insinkerator quality extended flange, this is it.
