Fenton Blue Carnival Glass Wreath of Roses Punch Cup - Rough Areas on Handle

This listing is for a Fenton blue carnival glass punch cup that has the Wreath of Roses pattern on the outside and the Vintage pattern on the inside. The punch cup stands around 2 and 1/2 inches tall and measures around 3 inches wide across the top, not counting the handle. The punch cup does have some rough areas on the handle and I tried to show this in photos 3 and 4. I do not see any other issues with the punch cup.
