The toothpick contains a small glass post to make the toothpick stable in the holder. The glass post has a small amount of tape to help it to fit firmly. This glass is not broken. The manufacture and date is unknown. The back of the leaf is stamped EPNS. The glass toothpick measures 2 1/2" tall and the toothpick with the holder measures approximately 3" tall. The rim of the toothpick is pleated. It has no chips, cracks.
