This item in my EBAY store is an EAPG CLEAR with AMBER STAIN  "SIX PANEL FINE CUT"  10 1/4" HIGH STANDARD FTD. CAKE STAND.
This Early American Pattern Glass "SIX PANEL FINE CUT"  10 1/4" amber stain large high standard ftd. cake stand is antique glass that has survived well over 100 years of survival and because of age has now become a beautiful family heirloom piece of glass that is in beautiful condition having NO chips, cracks, and NO glass staining, a true family heirloom that has survived well over one hundred years, there are scratches on the top that can only be seen when holding this cake stand up into the light, what scratches you see surely does not harm this cake stand in any way and my numerous photos do show this, any questions please e-mail me, my numerous photos are a very much part of this description turning this cake stand in many different angles to show the condition of the top of this cake stand, the stem is also straight and NOT crooked, and the stem is also hollow up inside the stem, just a real beauty here folks, these colored cake stands are always expensive when they are offered for sale, I would say only 10% of all the cake stands you would find would be in color, a little color added to ones all clear glass collection puts a little excitement in  your collection to fine more colored glass pieces for your collection, this pattern cake stand also comes in solid clear glass;   I may also add that this

The glass itself is very clear quality glass;
This EAPG clear "SIX PANEL FINE CUT" large high standard ftd. cake stand that I have here does have those characteristics of the Early American Pattern Glass era of the glass making process having the air bubbles inside the glass, straw & stress marks in the glass, these characteristics are from the production process and is NOT considered damage;

non-flint glass;   This large and highly collected EAPG clear with amber stain elegant  "SIX PANEL FINE CUT"  10 1/4"  high standard ftd. cake stand was manufactured by the "Dalzell, Leighton, & Gilmore glass around 1889" this beautiful heirloom ftd. cake stand can be seen and talked about in one of my many reference materials, the so called cake stand "bible", the "EARLY AMERICAN PATTERN GLASS CAKE STANDS" by "Bettye S. James & Jane M O'Briend" show and talk about this very large and highly collected pattern on page #219;
