* If you are the successful bidder, we expect you to follow through with the transaction and fulfill your part. Please remember that a bid is a contract and appropriate action will be taken against non-paying bidders.
* We require full payment within 7 days from close of auction, unless other arrangements are made in writing prior to the sale, between the buyer and seller.
* If the item is not paid after 7 days from the end of the auction, the item will automatically be canceled, scheduled for another auction and we will ask eBay for a refund of the fees we paid for the auction.

Personal/Business checks will delay shipping until the check has cleared the bank.
If you pay by personal/business check and the check is returned as NSF, there will be a .00 returned check fee and the buyer will receive a NEGATIVE FEEDBACK and a NON-PAYER ALERT on E-bay.

Filing of damage claims with the freight carrier is the sole responsibility of the customer and can not be processed without the customer documenting the damages on the BOL. Pictures of any damages are also needed when filing a claim.
NOTE: Damage claims can take up to 120 days or longer to resolve.
Sales Tax

and an 8% sales tax will be assessed to any order shipped within the state. Alabama is the only state where tax of any kind will be added.In all other states , it is the customers responsibility to keep up with and comply with your local tax laws involved with internet purchases.

PLEASE NOTE: The item listed here is a used piece of equipment. Typically, there will be some dents, scratches and possibly some minor repairs needed. We try to represent the item as accurately as possible; however, we are not responsible for mechanical problems. Some items are refurbished (i.e. new paint, parts etc.) The items we list are cleaned to the best of our ability. Please do not expect a spotless item as this item is not a new piece of equipment unless otherwise stated within the ad.
There is no warranty available on used equipment . However , we only pull and accept equipment that is working and in good used condition. We are a family owned and operated business that has been in business for over 40 years in store equipment. We are experienced and take great care when pulling and moving our equipment from the store and restaurants. We also test as much of the equipment as possible before it leaves our facility . We pride ourselves in our 100 % positive feedback.
If you do have an issue, please allow to address your concerns before posting a negative feedback. We make every effort to maintain happy customers and aggressively address your concerns to mutual satisfaction.
Customer Support
*All sales are final. There are no returns, refunds, or cancellations.
* Under certain circumstances, we may make an exception and allow a return, cancellation, or approve a refund. However, a restocking fee 0 will apply. Although we do all we can at Coleman Store Equipment Inc. to ensure that the right product arrives at your doorstep in perfect condition, sometimes things go wrong, and in these situations we ask that the buyer contact us.
* If a return is approved, the customer will be responsible for return freight costs .
* If the customer refuses a shipment, the customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping both ways, and a 0 restocking fee. No exceptions will be made unless an agreement is reached between the Company and the customer prior to time of delivery.
* If the buyer thinks there is a misrepresentation regarding the item or its condition in our posting, or Terms and Conditions, the buyer must relay to the seller why he or she thinks there is a misrepresentation. The seller will review the facts and make a decision regarding the alleged misrepresentation. If the seller agrees there is a misrepresentation, the seller will refund the bid amount of the merchandise upon its return to our facility by the buyer. We will not refund packing or shipping charges. The buyer agrees to accept the seller's decision.
* Any concerns must be submitted to us by email or fax within 15 days of receipt of the item, or 30 days from the end of the auction, whichever date comes first.
