Antique or Vintage Carlton Crested China Teddy Bear Figurine Goss Crested China

Sorry, most of the photos have some glare from the lights.
This item is being offered for sale in used, vintage condition.
I cannot confirm the age of this item but it was from my mom’s antique teddy bear collectibles collection. She had a note on here indicating it was from 1906. I am not well-versed or familiar in china collectibles so I will let you determine whether that is an accurate date or not based on the markings on the bottom of the figurine which read “Carlton China”

inches tall.
There is scattered paint loss throughout.
The bear is marked underneath/on the bottom.
