I found this at a Goodwill warehouse and I do not claim to be an expert on this, all of the information provided has been gathered from the actual item and or from other EBay post so please refer to pictures, zoom in and judge for yourself.
For what I can see this is a brand new food waste disposer that has been opened. Please note that the only part that shows any kind of significant scratches is the black plastic tube connector.
