1948 Vintage Farmer's Mutual Fire Insurance Document - Cobourg, Ontario, Canada.  For a cash down-payment of .60 and an ongoing .40 premium, the insured has covered his barn and contents for 0 from 1948 through 1951 - but not including chickens under eight weeks old!  The document is very good condition, with no chipping at the edges and barely any age-tanning, and carries the Hamilton Township beaver watermark lower right corner.  It is a large document, measuring 17" x 13-5/8", and so was crease-folded into panels.  Email any questions not answered by the photos and description before bidding.  Thanks.
